I didn’t receive an email with my download link. What can I do?

Your download is available instantly and also sent to your email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure your email storage isn’t full, as that can block new messages.

My download doesn’t work. What should I do?

Our download system is super reliable, but sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes for your files to be ready. Don’t stress — you have three chances to download your library, and the links never expire. Downloads go smoothly 98% of the time, but if it doesn’t work for you, just reach out and we’ll fix it.

 

What types of files are included in your sample libraries?

All libraries come as zip files.

• Mac users: just double-click to unzip.

• PC users: use a program like WinZip to extract the files.

If the file won’t unzip, it may have been corrupted during download — simply try downloading it again. Once unzipped, you’ll see our sample folders and files, all in 24-bit, 48 kHz format. We use this high-fidelity sample rate to reduce any potential distortion, so your tracks sound their absolute best.

 

Do Ableton Pedals work with Push?

Yes, they work with Push seamlessly. We created them with that in mind, to have the best

pedals available at no expense of space and within a standalone rack.
