Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

1. The customers have 7 days for digital purchases and 14 days for physical purchases to check and try them out.

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the digital products, they must be deleted within 3 days. Usage of refunded items is prohibited and might lead to legal actions. 

3.  If a customer is unsatisfied with the physical products, they must return them within 14 days of the purchase. Turtle Visions will refund the full amount. 

4. Physical items must be returned under the following conditions:

a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

b. It must contain all tags;

c. It must not be damaged;

d. The customer must provide the purchase invoice.

4. After 14/7 days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause 2/3/4 Turtle Visions shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.
